Finally something fundamental new in rheology after 140 years use of the Maxwell model by different modifications: Control Theory is the kernel of this Polymer Technology Web, the background was published very recently at high valuated and prestigious scientific journal.

In our four published manuscripts we applied control theory to model the linear relationship between the relaxation modulus, dynamic and shear viscosity, transient flow effects and CAD/CAE/CFD simulations all related to the molecular weight distribution (MWD). Moreover Power law, Cox-Merz rule, time–temperature superposition (TTS) and orientation level are explained and is shown direct simple relation to molecular dynamics using structural models comprising dumb-bells in a statistical tube. -Finally is explained a novel way and sum all shear histories based on the respective effective viscosity using a new version of the classical Boltzmann superposition principle.
